Rental Info

In April of 2006 the IPM Board of Directors implemented an improved lease process for association members. The lease policy and procedures apply to both slip only co-owners and co-owners who have a residence and slip. We have to rely on honesty to implement this process. If you are renting your house or slip or know someone who is renting their house or slip please give the information to Gardner Mgmt. The current rental list is located below in excel format. The IPM Lease Package includes the following:

Gardner Management is responsible for administration and tracking of all IPM leases. Please review these documents carefully. Adherence to the lease policies and procedures will be enforced. Island Pointe Marina is not a resort complex. Cooperation is needed from everyone to ensure an enjoyable time for all.
